What i build
Most CRM problems aren't app problems — they're data model problems. I start at the Dataverse layer and work outward, so the app, the automation and the reporting all agree with each other.
Tables, relationships, business rules and role-based access designed so the data stays clean and the right people see the right records.
Custom forms, views, dashboards and command bars in Dynamics 365 — shaped around how the team actually works, not the default template.
Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, case routing and recurring reporting — replacing the spreadsheet-and-email versions of the same job.
Lead → Opportunity → Case configured end to end, with the stages, ownership and SLAs that keep pipeline and service tracking honest.
Power BI and Microsoft Fabric wired into operational data, with tuned models that keep executive dashboards fast and current.
Conversational agents connected to real backend data, handling the support questions that used to sit in a queue.
